Denver’s new green building code is taking effect

Denver has adopted an optional green building code to consider the greenhouse gas emissions created during the construction phase. The goal is to reduce emissions and gather feedback from developers on the green code’s effectiveness and feasibility. We’re excited to see initiatives like this in our market!
