As a plumbing and HVAC contractor specializing in multi-family new builds, we closely monitor market trends. Recent data from Dodge Data & Analytics Supply Track pipeline found that the multi-family unit inventory project pipeline is elevated above 10% in several major metro areas, including our Salt Lake City home base. This could be a sign the market may be oversaturated there, and new building developments will start to decrease in 2023 as the projects are completed, and more units are available to rent or buy. With this in mind, we are diligently working to expand our territory in Colorado, Idaho, and even Montana to continue growing and developing new projects.
